Frankly speaking, it really depends on each individual when talking about lossing weight. Some will use lots of money to go for a weight loss plan and it works only in the beginning but not afterward. Some would spend their money on some kinds of herds which will claimed that it will take cares of the fat issue. Whatever way it maybe, I think it is only good for different person and cannot use the same formula for everyone. However, I think fitness and healthy diet will always be the focus for weight loss. At the same time motivation and a commitment to keep it up will be essential for any successful weight loss in the long run. Many people failed because they tends to give up in the process or cannot change their diet habit even they will do lots of exercise. That's my opinion and what's yours ? Share with us.

@wildlittlefan My cat's philosophy is the opposite - eat more, move as little as possible.

I think the best way is eating frequent small meals and some sports.

working on mindset first. not to expect too highly and drastically in an instant pace. duh
then after that exercise, on of a must way is to reduce the amount of food intake little by little, this when all those magic hocus pocus food supplement/alternative comes into play. they are high satiety but very low in calorie, which what you need. increase pure water intake. get enough sleep. the last but hardest, not to get stressed.

It is absolutely true that there is no one way for everyone to lose weight. People have to figure out what works for them and stick to it.

I workout and do a lot of cardio exercise. The key is get your heart pumping. Even a 10 minute brisk walk will do, move move move.
Eat good food especially fiber and protein, that should be enough to help burn.
