Have You Ever Eaten Tapioca Pudding?

When I was a child, my mother would often cook tapioca pudding for dessert. I had almost forgotten about it until I saw it in the grocery store the other day. I started to buy it, but remembered that I'm still trying to lose some weight.
I'm going to visit my oldest son in North Carolina in a few days and want to lose another five pounds. That will bring my weight loss down to a better number and I think they will all be surprised to see me in my new clothes.
And I might do some shopping while I'm there. I have given away a lot of my clothes in larger sizes and I'm very happy about that, but now I'm happy to be wearing a much smaller size.

Good for you on losing the weight. I have eaten this pudding before and it was awful.

@IreneVincent ...My grandmother was an excellent cook and made everything from scratch. I didn't care for the taste or the consistency.

I wonder if whoever made the tapioca pudding for you, made it correctly. I really like it myself.

I guess tapioca could look like eyeballs to some people. LOL It is kind of strange looking, I agree.
