Do you think that your debt comes in your mind every now and then and gives you unnecessary sorrow and tension? Do you have a fixed plan to pay off your debt? What is your priority?
1) Debt doesn't matter if your wealth increases
2) Debt should be closed soon to get a peace of mind
I'm the second type. Hope I got enough money to clear my debt tomorrow itself. Gotta work a lot to pay the debt.

as long as I am paying my bills, and not behind I am fine, I don't like having debt but it is what it is for now.

I keep hopeing my kids get rid of their debt, two have done it but one is still struggeling. Once he gets serious about it we will help him but until he gets serious about it we are waiting... We're old, we have no debt.

@PainsOnSlate Having no debt is the best thing to do. I also like your point that you're waiting for him or her to become more serious about getting rid of the debt to actually help.

I do not let it bother me, there is nothing that I can do about it by worrying. I know it will resolve.
