For a perfect body

These are the following tips required to maintain a perfect body free of belly and reading glasses even after 65 years. 1. Just before going to bed in the night have half a glass of Green Tea (long leaves not bags). 2. Get up at 4.30 in the morning and have 10ml Aloe vera Juice. 3. Do precise and effective yoga just for 3 minutes (I will discuss it in my next post in detail).Remember that a defective yoga done even for an hour will not give any desired result 4. If you are in the habit of taking breakfast finish it by 7 AM. 5. Just an hour before your lunch take 1/2 a cup of Lemon juice. Just in 21 days you will find the result.

I am not sure there is any "perfect body" it is what it is and that is all there is to it.

@arthurchappell : AHAHAHAHAH....WHAT had A MAN U ARE? But you are looking smart ...Perfect body means to have one body elements in a portion of a body, proportionate to the other body elements. At least, you can reduce some belly and enjoy a comfortable life..If you say that u had already enjoyed I can not say anything, Mr. Arthur. Anyhow, you are, as per my observation, having a proportionate body to your height...

yoga just for 3 minutes...need not for 15 or 20 minutes....
