Gobbledegook

I am forever talking gobbledegook or what we call in our home Rebecca-isms. It is where I say something back to front or miss words out completely. For instance I kept saying make a cup in a cake instead of a cake in a cup. It is embarrassing and sometimes I have no idea I have said something wrong.

If you find a reason for it, please let me know. I have been doing the same thing for years. I once said I was vacuuming corn cobs off my ceiling. I meant cob webs. I seem to have the same problem of mixing up words or saying things backwards.
