A potluck is a get-together meal where each participant brings food to share. Do you enjoy potluck? I do! It is my joy to cook and share a special dish of food for every one to eat and enjoy
Today, I am busy cooking Chicken Hamonado for our Ladies Christmas party tonight. I’m already very excited because this will certainly be a night of clean fun and surprises.
What are you busy about today?

I was not busy today. it is my son's birthday and the weather makes us lazy. I am between watching TV, DVD films (we just finished watching OCULUS), and writing my comments and discussions in this site.

hiu@salonga oh yes indeed when I worked in the T ustin Library every Christmas we had a potluck party and the food was just awesome amnd the company,oh the library staff was the best;. we laughed, we played games, we ate, we told stories and we always had so m,uch fun. I missed that when I retired after 23 years as a page there;. those pot lucks were the best bar none. And each year we had the white elephant exchange which was hilarious.

@WiLLmaH, I just copied the procedure in this link:
Chicken hamonado or hamonadong manok is chicken baked in pineapple juice. It uses the pineapple, condiments and spices as a marinade then baked. Ingredients: 2 whole chicken breasts, deboned and rolled (secure with a string) or 6 chicken drumsticks 1 Tbsp.

I am doing absolutely nothing today. I spent all day Friday Christmas shopping and then cooking until midnight. Saturday, we took all the food we cooked and when to visit my kids and grandkids for our Christmas get together. Now, I am exhausted from going nonstop for two days.
