I am living in chennai. chennai is recently developed city in multi fold. Many constructions were build in lakes and river paths causing heavy floods in chennai during this rainy season. all of you are aware of these things from social medias. At last the Madras High court came as rescue, banning all constructions in rivers bodies through out the state. if any body have ideas how to safe guard during the floods not only the persons but also things.
