Toad In The Hole, mash and gravy for tea, home made of course, smells lovely!! And the Yorkshire pud is rising loads, it's huge!!

I love your English descriptions. I agree that homemade gravy is the only way to go. I wish I could sample that pudding. No Bangers and Mash?

You can make Yorkshire puddings, just need plain flour, eggs and milk :-) toad in the hole is basically the same but with sausages cooked into the Yorkshire pudding mix :-)

MMM. I wish that some day I would get to try all of these dishes. I am an Idahoan and I love my taters but I haven't tried the English dishes. Sure hope I get to some day.
