Work from home

So I've been searching for ways to fire the boss. I'm very sceptical of getting involved with things that are advertised on the Internet unless it comes with real life I've tried it reviews and not just the rosie ones neither. So far I have linked up with a theater check company Marketforce and I like it. It's really simple to do and I get to see movies for free. The only thing is frequency. I am looking for more steady opportunities. Are there any real reviews on work at home companies from anyone? Give it to me the good the bad and the ugly.

If you are good at accounting, and you can handle full set of accounts, you can ask the small shop owners about doing the account book for them. As long as you charge lower than their accountants, you can do it at home.

There is a lot of mystery shopping you can do, but you have to live in a good area where you can get to a lot of shops. Some people might make their living doing that...but it is not always easy to find opporunties go to the Mystery Shopper Forum located online for opportunities.

@Reese_so_Real Ah right, so it sounds like you want to do regular type of support work but from home. For those type of roles, you can check out Apple if you like, they always hire at home support advisors.

If you like Market Force they also have a lot of mystery shops. They used to have a lot more, and seem to be going through a change right now, but it all may pick up in the new year. As LoriAMoore said GFK is another one. If you go to you will find at the bottom a long list of mystery shopping companies to sign up with. Also another section of that forum is about merchandising. If you read the threads on that forum you will learn that some people make a living from mystery shopping. There is even a mystery shoppers conference every year. This year it was in Las Vegas. I couldn't justify going though. I do quite a bit of mystery shopping and really enjoy it. But I am not tempted to stop substitute teaching.

I tried Humanatic but didn't like it as it seem like it took too much time for the little they pay. Maybe it's different now.

They really have to look hard in order to find something that works for you.
