Be a smile millionaire

It takes sixteen muscles to frown and six muscles to smile, so why not smile a lot. Laugh releases the undue stress in the body and it also elevates our mood. Every day ten minutes laugh can give us energy to combat the ups and down of the whole day. Even the thought of starting a laughing club is excellent, where like mind people gather with one intention to laugh together to their hearts consent.

It has long been said that laughter is the best medicine and I believe that is true, at least when it comes to healing the spirit.
