Paypal disputes

If I pay for service/product via paypal and do not receive the service/product as promised, I can dispute the transaction on paypal.However, I want to know what is the chances of getting refund on paypal?

Very high, I have had this happen to me. Paypal is very good at getting your money back.

Paypal will refund for sure! I had several refunds already and everything went really smooth :)
