I Think I Will Take a Nap

I got up, planning to ride with hubby to McPherson, then take my sister to an appointment and shopping.
He got the little car running and left me the truck, instead.
It is still dark outside, and I want to be able to go pay a bill when I leave, so I guess I may take a nap. I did not sleep well last night. It seems to happen way to often any more.
The image is actually the bed in the spare room. Mine is stripped right now.
I think I will hit the recliner for a snooze.

A nice little nap is always enjoyable. I cannot sleep at night and it drives me crazy.

I always take a nap after lunch, because i get up at 5am everyday so at midday i'm all tired and sitting in front of the Computer at that time is impossible. So it's definitely important for me to take a nap at middays

I can't take a nap at the drop of a hat...and I don't like doing it since then it makes it harder to sleep at night.

I can't seem to stay in bed till the sun rises either. It's rather annoying.
