Goal Achieved

My goal for today was to get two pillows finished. I did, and now there are seven completed pillows. I just have two more to do tomorrow and then I can get them stenciled and stuffed before I finish the final seams. I need to go back to Michael's for more stencils and I'm going to get one more bag of batting, just to make certain I have enough for the nine pillows. I'm getting close now and I'm beginning to believe I can get this project done before Christmas morning. So now I'm going to work here, rest my fingers which are very sore from all the stitching. It doesn't seem like it should take so long to do three seams per pillow, but I'm finding I can now do it in three hours per pillow or an hour per seam. I'll be picking my son up from work in a couple hours and then I plan to go to Wal-Mart for a few groceries. If they have stencils I might get them there, but I don't think they have batting. At any rate I need to pick up some groceries, not a lot, but I've been designated to bring the green bean casserole on Christmas. So I need to get those ingredients, as well as a few other supplies so my son and I have food to eat too. So now on to notifications and to see what you have been up to today. Are you all ready for Christmas or getting last minute preparations finished? Thanks for reading.
