@saachi_92,I would say, both. You must take food that are nutritious and take some physical exercises regularly. This is exactly what I do and I am fit.

what works is the devoted routine! staying fit needs a hardwork. it doesn't matter you wanna do it with diet or exercising. of course what works best is the combination of that two plus a devotion to stick with it without increasing stress level. men sana in corporesano(forgive these two languages lack lol)

@saachi_92 it's ok to stick to one of them. as long you have devotion to stick to one. the combination of the two makes it quicker.

yes the combination always works best rather than whole sole relying on one technique.

It is both iam an a athlete, i eat 7 times a day and im still lean. It all depends on your diet and work ethic, but my diet could be different from yours.

best option is mixture of both small control on diet and do small workout and that will make you fit and fine.

Weight loss is 25% exercise and 75% diet. What you eat should not negate what you burn. They must not be counterproductive. Most of us cannot push our bodies beyond a certain point. So saying that you would burn all the extra calories may be a little too optimistic. Instead controlling your diet and making sure you burn more than you consume is a practical way to go about it. You can either control quantity or the kind of food. Each works in its own way and it depends on whether you want to control quantity or cut calories.
