Payment system in Inbox dollars site

Hi Mylot Friends,
Today I have reached $ 30.00 Plus dollars payment in Inbox dollars, I do not know the payment process what is the payment method in this site. This site is collecting/deducting $ 3.00 US dollars to process our payments. Any body here have any experience with the payment system with this site if yes please share your experience please.

They always send me a check and do deduct a few dollars.

Wow-are they still around? I haven't been active on InBoxDollars for years...and then gave it up. I think I was paid once, via check, but I'm not real confident about that answer.
