Children are very keen observers they start imitating the people around them, whom they like the most. It is from parents that they start learning about the world matters. It the child is brought up in an environment, where love and affection flourish then most likely the children would be more responsible and caring gentle men. On the contrary if the child is brought up in a troublesome environment then most likely children would grow up as an aggressive citizen. It is after all parents who would nourish and mold the character of children. I would be very happy if your shed more light on this topic, correct me if am wrong. Have a good day.

Young children watch their parents and copy what their parents do.

I can't entirely agree with it. it is true that they learn by observing and whatnot. but they can also learn from stories. not always love and affection bring responsible and caring adult. troubles are needed in every stages of life including the early years of life. problems aren't always contained with violation. violence sure is detestable but problems itself helps to build the character of a person.

as children we have no/little control of how our home life is run, but as we grow older, most of us start to understand more and discern what's fair, helpful, destructive, what to change, discard, etc.
i don't think all members of "good" families will automatically become good, productive members of society, and not all members of "bad" families will turn out bad.
