'Respond' Missing.

A few minutes back I read a couple of posts by @JakeOmatic.I liked both and wanted to leave a response below each of them,but was puzzled to find only four buttons [ links] below both the posts.'Like','Tag','Suggest' and 'Report' were there,but 'Respond' was missing.I tried refreshing the page,but to no avail. How can this be?

He has just about everybody blocked. No point reading as you won't be able to comment.

@aju007,I,too,had never heard about this fellow.From the responses to this discussion of mine I came to know that he had the habit of blocking everyone whose posts he comes across.Amazing,but true.

@pgiblett,No,no.It happens when you are blocked by someone.This gentleman,@JakeOmatic,has blocked a record number of users.Isn't it a unique record?

Whenever you find these three options and respoonse is not available the member has blocked you.

@amnabas,This is my second 'innings' in Mylot,and this is the first time someone blocked me for reasons best known to them.I didn't know about it.

That is because that person has blocked you. A few people only seem to want those they choose to respond to their discussions and comment on their posts. They don't seem to understand the way this site works, so they are the losers, not you! Such people give no reason for blocking and it's probably just because they are selfish idiots.

@owlwings,Yeah....It's quite a new experience for me.So far I could not even think of having such a member on this site.And now when I am told by you all about him,all I can do is laugh.This gentleman has created a unique record.

@else34Do not worry about it.I went to his posts and I see,he is proud he has blocked many people.He is sure people from far off lands can't understand his posts.Also he is happy he has reached pay out.As always @PhredWreck is 100 percent correct in his assessment.

I haven't come across this problem. Owlwings seems to have a point. Maybe you are blocked from the writer. Merry Christmas!

@FibroGodess,Till yesterday I too had never experienced such problem.I had it for the first time and then came to know about someone who is hell bent on creating a unique record of blocking people.
