My daughter e mailed me yesterday that they had made it back to Minneapolis. From another friend, I know they have snow.
We have NO snow, but blizzardy sounding winds and a prediction of snow for tonight and tomorrow. Now is your chance to chime in with your general location and weather. Oh, and those of you that have sunshine and beach weather are going to make me very jealous. Weather is in the twenties with gusty wind on top of our hill. Ghostly sounding bangs and clanks of heating system.
So come on, make me jealous. Tell me about your weather today.

Reall Garden Gerty I don't know if I should do this one but you did ask. Right now the sun is shinning, no clouds in the sky, the lagoon is lovely and crystal clear. It is the perfect day to go swimming, fishing or snorkeling here on the islands. I think the last I heard it was around 89 or 90 your temperature. It is a beautiful day here in French Polynesia too bad you can't drop on by and join us for a swin at the sand dunes today. It would be a lot of fun.

@GardenGerty Yes it is. We bring along some giant floaters that you can just float around in and lay in the water and relax. It is a lot of fun and we do have a good time doing this one.

@sugartoes From June to September here is our normal winter season or what is are dry season. We only have 2 seasons wet and dry. Now it is the wet season and most of our rain fall comes now. The dry season or winter is not even cold at all. We don't have any cold days. I think look up tropics and you can see how it would be living in them.

I do not mind the noises. I am also enjoying listening to the wind chime my dad made for me years ago.

We are having unseasonably warm , muggy, rainy weather here in the South East. It is like Spring time or early Summer in temperature. I had the air conditioner on in the car as I went shopping. I am wearing summer clothes at the end of December. Something is so odd and off about this weather we are having!!

Me telling you about our weather today won't make you jealous. Its cloudy, cold and very windy. We have our Grandpuppy here, and she isn't used to the sounds that the wind can make in our home, so she is bopping her head and wandering around whenever a gust hits the house.

O, this morning I was watching news on TV. . . Tornadoes, wild fire, and heavy snow are giving misery to you south of our border. Here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada . . it is cloudy, no snow, and unusually warm for winter.I think El Nino is behind all of these.

Snow tomorrow from Winter Storm Goliath - I believe you're in his path. We're expecting inches instead of just a ground coating, which looked okay this morning from the snow that fell last night, but not enough to make me happy, but enough to put a smile on my face.
I wore a snowflake necklace on Christmas to help the snow along. I think it worked.

Its 75°F right now and the grass is green and pretty, light breeze. But Tomorrow more rain and then by Thursday 50° and 30° at night. I will be frozen.

Yes, and my sister and family is flying out to Calif today, as my nephew is playing in the Rose Bowl parade. I wonder what kind of travel adventures are in store? I think this whole trip may be one for the record books.

I'm in the Chicago area. It's currently sleeting, freezing on everything. It's supposed to turn to snow later today. My son is getting ready to leave for work and it's icy. Now I get to worry until he safely makes it to work. He is going to call when he makes it thankfully.
