I want tons of Chinese food. I have been craving it for like 3 days now. Not only Chinese but sushi and Japanese food too. I really want some shrimp fried rice, general tso chicken, sesame chicken, shrimp lo mein, dumplings, crab rangoon, sweet and sour chicken, and lots more. I wish I didn't but I really, really do and to my disappointment our stupid chinese food places dont freaking deliver!

There was a time when I would have Chinese take-out at least 3 or more times a month. Now I am lucky to have it 3 or 4 times a year or less. The sodium and calories in this food are so high. When I do have it, I will go for the vegetables and protein. Even then the food is often so salty I can't eat it.

I am glad to hear that you like Chinese food. I think the Chinese food restaurants don't deliver in your side is because it may not taste as well as you eat it in the resaturant. As the temperature does a big matter to the taste. Or they don't have more stuff for delivery. If you are eager to eat Chinese food, perhaps you can also try to cook it at home. It is not very difficult

I feel ya. Most people end up getting very sick after eating the US made "Chinese food" though, so maybe it's not so bad. Only Japanese food I've had so far is Yakisoba. There doesn't seem to be many Japanese restaurants around. At least not where I live at.

That's because some use MSG when you eat Chinese food be sure they do not use MSG. I had the same thing happen to me repeatedly until I was informed and now no problems.

Have you tried cooking them at home? There are lots of Youtube channels that shows how to cook them and a lot of them actually have easy to find ingredients.

I love too Chinese. But do not prefer regular. Native food is my addiction. To enjoy different tastes are always welcome.

I don't like the taste of sushi. Even dipped into a sauce, it's still a no for me.

I think the best alternative is to buy instant ramen and cook your own Chinese meal. There are some instant ramen that are the dry type, not the soupy type. Perhaps you can order frozen dumplings, and either steam them or deep-fried.
