Does a blind man’s wife need paint herself?

A blind man has a wife. Everyday the woman would spend hours before the mirror applying mascara, rubbing cam-wood, lipstick and such stuff. Now why would a woman whose husband does not see , do all these ? I ask, who does she want to impress: Her hubby or people outside. Is it for self esteem or some kind of lurid adventurism?

Many women wear makeup because they like the way ti makes them look - not for the person they are with. The two are not connected.
