What should I do when I'm going through emotional distress :(

Hello! Take deep breaths and then sit in a quiet place or corner of your room and try to look back at whats causing your emotional distress. If you want to cry do it. It helps let out some of your negative emotions.

@mammots what's causing emotional distress ? Well I can't change that cause :( I know it and I can't get rid of it ... ! It's even more depressing !
