Will the even and odd rule help DELHI?

Hello friends , as the new year began, the even and odd rule was implemented in Delhi....But according to the media, there was no significant change in the air pollution level of Delhi....And because of this rule, the common people are facing a lot of problem.... So what do you think guys ....Will the even and odd rule help Delhi in some way? IF not then are there any better alternative

I am guessing that this is to do with cars, odd numbered vehicles allowed 1 day ; even numbers the next . Suppose it could help, but I would think it would be hard to police

Yes Janet you are correct......but more than police it is the common man who is facing more problems

@ak3850 If the rule makes people share cars rather than using them for just one person, then it could be helpful
