Took a nap
Normally I avoid taking a nap but this evening I felt so tired I decided I would and had about an hours sleep. Maybe I should have turned off the light and slept longer.
It taken me a good hour if not more to come round and now I’m feeling fine. It looks like I’ll be up late again which I don’t really mind doing. I love being up late.
Do you take naps?

I rarely take naps, I have problems getting to sleep if I napped it would never happen.

I always like to take a nap, but I didn't have much chance to do that since I was working, then after I quit my job, I was busy taking care of my young children. Glad that now my children are older a bit, and I am pregnant now, I really need to take a nap whenever I am tired and the children can play on their own well.
I read that it's good to take a nap, if not, may be a rest in the afternoon is good for our health and helps to recharge for the day as well.

@kevin1877uk Yes, I agree that not everyone or everyday we are possible to take a nap, no matter how tired we are. I am glad in my previous company, we were allowed to take a short nap in the afternoon, though not officially. My boss understood it can be very tiring to stay up for the whole day, hence he encouraged us to take a short nap if we were tired. The work performance would be better.

I'd not heard that before until today. Yes you need to take a nap with being pregnant.
I guess sometimes it's not always possible to take a nap, not everyone can.
