Well you know I stay home and make money online. I am a writer so I have been concentrating on writing sites, but everything is drying up. I only have examiner that I am writing for write now. With the holidays, I haven't written anything new. I just don't feel like it but I have to seriously get back to it again. However, I went back to swagbucks yesterday. I had joined up years ago and I didn't really use it. It wasn't my style. But I went back yesterday. My son encouraged me because he does swagbucks. I am impressed I like it and I see the money can add up much faster than mylot if you work at it.

I do a lot of swagbucks now. I sort of go on a hiatus with it sometimes though. I was able to make a $25.00 paypal gift card there recently. Today and Yesterday it's been a bit slower to earn there though. I've been trying to make it to the daily goals to earn extra swagbucks. I understand how you feel about earning online and just not feeling up to it. I guess it's the end of the year blues sort of thing. I'm trying to get back into the hang of it though.

@winterose It isn't necessarily a slow earner. Just today and yesterday were for me. It also depends on what you are willing to do. I still think it's worth spending a few minutes a day on if nothing else.

Yesterday did seem slow. Other times they have a lot more that you can earn with. Having said that, I did better there yesterday than I have in quite a while.

Yes I agree, if I sit there the same amount of time as on here, I can make over double on swagbucks the what I make here doing all the interacting.

I also do swagbucks but it seems that I don't qualify for a lot of things from where I am.

I don't qualify for a survey every day. Maybe one out of every 10 that I attempt.

If you were so inclined, you could use the shop to earn function and use the gift card to pay for the purchases. Free all around plus you earn more sb from it. O fcourse not every store is available.

There are a lot of ways to earn - you just have to find the stuff that appeals to you. I am not keen on surveys because most of them get the info they want from you then give you an error or disqualify you. The short videos for 2SB add up fast and the free sign-ups are also a nice find. Also, referrals. I don't have any but I know some people who have a modest amount and love the SB that they earn from that part of the program

I have been a member of Swagbucks and it seems hard to earn points but I've read on here it works out in the end ~ So I am going to look into it!

Good luck with your writing work, dear. I think I join swagbucks years ago but I did not know how it works so I don't bother it anymore. Hope you have more luck than me

I have never found writing work--and that's after having 8 books published, a play produced among many other things published. Now doing surveys are another thing but I make money doing them!:O) What is swagbucks? I have heard about it but have been too busy with so many other sites I never looked into it. Many people mention it but they never explain what it actually is.

It is a site where you earn money for watching videos, doing certain task, taking polls. You navigate around it and do what you want. I am finding it earns money a bit quicker than my lot. If you want to try the writing site I am on please let me know, or go to examiner.com and use me as a referral I am Carol Roach. You have to be an American or Canadian though

Yes it can. I need to get back there as well. I'm close to cashing out. I save points until I have a minimum of 5000 so I can get $50 in my PayPal. I only have 600 to go for cash out.

@winterose It doesn't take long to add up. I really need to get back to it. It's been a few days.
