Season Sensitive???

I live in India and today was a very cold day for me because i belong from a different state and i am currently living in a different one and the place where i come from is not that cold rather the minimum temperature there is 20 degree Celsius. But here its just the beginning of winter season. I am very scared about how i am going to handle myself when the temperature will fall down to 1 degree
. My friend, colleagues, neighbors have started calling me season sensitive!
What should i do, any suggestions?

I am clothing properly but still i am not to handle this much of cold maybe because i have to work continuously for 7-8 hours
