the most undermined attribute while considering a job opportunity is job satisfaction.
Money-mindedness has misled people into opting for jobs that they're not likely willing to enjoy but pays a fat sum.

It is true, but the other thing you should consider is that the reasons for taking a job today may be different that the reasons for keeping/leaving it a few years down the line.
