Due to a disease that struck my wife a couple of years ago, we resorted to natural remedies that might help her recover. We've tried Yoga, Acupuncture, Healing massage, and other things that might alleviate the pain she was experiencing.
Thank God we were able to discover the wonders of drinking juice extracted from fresh fruits and vegetables. We were also fortunate to acquire a juicing machine that's quite durable and effective. I make juices for my wife made from Apples, Carrots, Sugarbeet, Papaya, etc almost every day. I make it a point to prepare her juice at the start of the day and 30 minutes before breakfast.
With this regimen my wife fully recovered and is now back to work. All thanks to God of course, and to Juicing. Got any juice recipes to share?

I would advise investing on a good juicing equipment. It might be pricey at first but it will pay off in the end. Fresh fruits and vegetable juices will not only calm your tummy, but will also provide you with good enzymes to help break down food inside your stomach.

Add celery on your concoction! It doesn't taste good but the fruits can neutralize the bad taste. Celery juice is great for your, I don't need to explain why but it changed my life. Your wife will love you more.

It's good that you have found the natural remedy for your wife. I know drinking fresh juice is good for health, but I didn't know it can cure some diseases.
I read that apricot is good. I don't really like to eat apricot, but there was once I blend it into juice, together with apple, I think it tasted quite good.

I used juicing in the past but as a temporary solution. I now juice differently. I use a juicer almost every day but I collect juice and pulp in a big bowl and eat it as a soup as I don't want to waste the valuable pulp. One of my favorites is: romaine lettuce, a hot pepper, some celery, bananas and fresh dates when available. I follow the 80/10/10 diet espoused by Douglas Graham.

I am thinking I should try juices. Over the New Year my friend had a juicer and I was very impressed.
