Healthy Changes For 2016!

As part of my new years resolution, I have vowed to eat healthier and drink alot less this year! I started yesterday by making myself an avacado salad when I got hungry around 9 pm. Usually I make myself a sandwich at that time but yesterday I satisfied my hunger with a light and very healthy snack, I cut up an avacado with some tomatoes and onions and made that my night snack. Today I ordered lunch and replaced the fried chicken for baked chicken and asked for less rice and more salad with my food! Hopefully I can continue these god eating habits to better my overall health.

Indeed, Im having steak with lots of lettuce for dinner with baby tomatoes in my salad, yumm

Yeah my problem is the late night snacks, today im going to stop at pricesmart and buy a bunch of fruits for this week

Your salad sounds delicious, I love avocado! I plan on eating better this year too. I also need to get my treadmill out and start using it! Maybe I will get that done today! :)

@BACONSTRIPSXXX I can't seem to make myself go to a gym, but if I put my treadmill up in the living room, I will use it while I watch TV.

That is good that you are trying to eat healthier. Last year I started, and by the end of the year Ii had just reversed majority of my good habits. I'm trying again this year, and hopefully I can stay on track. Good luck on your journey for eating healthier in 2016
