Time to sleep; no phone. no computer

Start tonight I will turn off my phone and my computer before midnight and sleep. I need to get my normal life back. Sleep at night time and working at day time. A little exercise in the morning and afternoon.
I have to stop being an owl.

Yep it is a habit you need to break and just focus on important things whatever your goals are.

Thank you. That's my bad habit. Can't stay away from my phone. I need to change this bad habit and focus on my goal.

Yes I really need my night sleep. Sleep during day time made me feel tired and lazy all day and skip so much work

Good Luck! I started doing this months ago. I cannot sleep with nothing on anymore either, nice dark and quiet..

I used to fall sleep easy in dark and quiet at night but then it changed. I want my night sleep back to normal. I need to be a normal morning person again

Really. It's so late in the night and I am still awake because of this smart phone. I think I should also turn it off and sleep. But bad habits die hard.

So hard on my 1st night. I kept on thinking turn on my phone and playing game. It took me 2 hours to fall sleep. So, it's morning here now,, at least I managed to sleep 5 hours at night

Took me 2 hours to fall sleep last night. So tempted to touch my phone. I slept for 5 hours. Hope tonight I'll do better

I have the same problem as you do and it is really hard to break the habit. Technology is so much a part of our lives that living without it seems impossible. But I guess I'll also try your technique and hopefully I'll have positive results. Good luck to us!

Good luck with not being a night owl. Sometimes, I wished I could turn off my phone at night, but I have elderly family members that might need me throughout the night.
