I never had fun doing exercise but I do it daily because I want to stay fit. Recently I started feeling like yoga does it better and I'm totally confused what to do.
I used to do yoga earlier and I was happy with it. Now that I've shifted to doing exercise I'm confused what to continue.
I feel I have started gaining weight and I need to start doing something soon.
Please share what has worked for you, Thank you for reading.

Yoga and exercise both are good at their place. If you have time then u can try both.but as per the researchers yoga is considered to be better than exercise as it includes both mental and physical relaxation..so it is better to go for yoga..

I do yoga,,, I'm not expert, only simple and standard yoga for beginner. I don't really like exercise, but like you I have to do it to stay fit

for fast but temporary result its always exercise.....................but for slow but long lasting result... its yoga.. I have friends who does nothing for staying fit presently but still hold a stunning figure and shape and they all credit this to yoga done in their early ages...
but if you have time, you can mix up both yoga and exercise for professional like results... and believe me it works...
