I've seen them in the military areas. and one time in Brazil on the rode, but that was it.

yah, i saw a bunch (in use and out of use) in afghanistan when i was there in july. actually, my family and i went to this reallly beautiful place..and interestingly,wedged between the trees were some tanks from the soviet days. i have a few pics of them.

No. I have seen them on display. But they were the older models, the ones not used now. Speaking of which, during the Korean war my father worked out of one. Not sure what you would call his duty.

I have seen one. In the town I gre up in they had a tank sitting outside the armoury (not sure if that;s how you spell it or not). We used to climb up on it when we were kids.

My reply would be a yes and a no. What I actually saw was a defunct piece of junk that was supposedly used in some war... and has been put up at one of the round about of my town.

No and yea I've seen them in museums, never want to see one up close in personal because I'd pretty much be scared if I saw one driving past my home.
