Yes it's from the @realDonaldTrump account with 5.59 million followers, so unlikely to be a parody account! (Not to be confused with @realDonaldTrunP or @realDonaldTronp) Maybe one of his minions was responsible?

I can understand what he is referencing. I know it was a big bunch of talk on Twitter, some of the hashtag stuff is ridic. He is brash and no class is Trump.
