I've never been conscious about my weight and I don't mind being a little chubby. I love food and not trying to go on a silly diet as I know that when I grow older, I have to restrict eating some food and I want to enjoy eating while I'm still young. But there are friends who are very vain and think that being too skinny is the normal weight. I'm not even fat, weighing 46 kg for a 5'2 tall person but they think I'm fat. I just don't understand why people need to point it out all the time that I'm gaining weight and fat even if my weight is on the healthy side. The funny thing is we're not even teenagers anymore. Hahahaha! I thought this kind of bullying only exist when you are teenagers. Very well, i don't have time for their vain problems, I'm ordering pizza for lunch.

True. It's our decision on how we're going to live our lives.

I walk too to relax myself. But for them a little weight means fat. You know they prefer the super skinny without fats body where everyone could see their bones :/ I'm against body shaming and I don't mind if people love their body that way but come on, mind your own body, right? They try to compare that's what I don't understand.

Try to replace rice with Quinoa. Try replace Pasta with zoodles or Spaghetti squash. You will feel full even if you were dieting.
