$700 Million

Your chances of winning? I guess you can't win if you don't play. Right now the powerball lottery is up to $700 million dollars. Now, generally I don't play the lottery, but at $700 million I HAVE to buy at least one ticket. What are the odds? I guess I would be closer to getting struck by lightening and bit by a shark at the same time. However, it could happen! LOL! Do you ever play the lottery? Is there any type of gambling that you MUST try just to see if you will win? Could you imagine winning $700 million dollars? What would you do if you won the lottery for a LOT of money?

I would love to win the lottery. I came close last spring, when I scratched off a Cash Explosion ticket and had three entries on it. I mailed it out and waited fo rmy name to be announced as a future contestant on the local lotto show. I waited all summer long and wasn't picked by fall. So that's how close I was on winning money last year. I hope to try this year and get lucky again, maybe land on the show, this year.

That's a great amount! I usually play when the local lottery is lower as I believe there's more chances of winning than the huge amount.

I buy lottery tickets from time to time but not regularly - can't afford them

Maybe I'll take a walk across the river, buy a ticket, then bring all that money back to Canada with me.

Can't even imagine the responsibility of dealing with that much money. Would be fun to give it away!
