Clipped a dog tonight

I am so upset about this, and just shaken up. I was going into town to meet the board of directors. I was driving down the back road when I heard this noise.
The guy infront of me hit the dog, and then it ran into the side of my car. Luckily it was just spooked, and wasn't injured.
But how much of a irresponsible owner for not keeping your dogs from not running all over the road.

I hit a dog once with my car when I was a teenager. That was 30 years ago and it still bothers me to this day.

I can imagine. I was so shaken up but knowing nothing was wrong was easier on me too.

Yes, I was a nervous wreck. The owners didn't even seem to care it was ridiculous.

Glad the dog wasn't injured! Owners should watch their dogs better and not let them out loose

@infatuatedbby Thats what I said to the cop who showed up. I have seen these dogs out running before. They are very beautiful dogs and I am sure they paid a lot as they are pure bred.

I completely agree! They are not responsible. When the cop found the owners they didn;t seem too worried either.
