Hi! I'm a new here in MyLot! I found your topic interesting. It took me 2 years to have a baby and I was 31 at that time. I never used any contraceptives but maybe doing "IT" constantly with my partner greatly helped. We do it everyday before and after work. I did it even do I'm so stressed because I want to have a baby. Also make sure you and you're partner get enough sleep and nutrition. The lack of making love and stress are the delaying factors of getting pregnant. And now I'm so happy with my son! I realized it took me so long to have one! Yet, I'm so blessed to be a mother now.

I'm not so articulate on how to explain this. My mother have 6 kids. She told me maybe the reason she got pregnant easily because my father massaged her stomach often. It's like reflexology or we call it in the Phils. as "hilot". It's just a simple massage to bring back the "kabuhi" (colic, heartburn) into the correct position; I forgot the direction if it's in the right or left side of the stomach. It's may sound so funny. I never went to a Filipino hilot to get pregnant because it's hard to find a authentic or genuine "mananambal". So if I don't feel well especially in the stomach, my mom would just simply do the "hilot".
