Benefits of meditation

Meditation can be used as relaxation and stress buster, however, meditation is more than that. Meditation is a technique for awareness. If you can reach the highest level of meditation you will become aware about the true nature of the world. There are different kinds of meditation and one of the oldest meditation form is Vipassana, not mindful meditation. Zen meditation is another popular form.

I do agree with your post.meditation helps to get rid out of stress and depression it also helps to gain concentration..!!!
