A Cold, or Allergies

Hubby has had an ongoing dry cough, along with the nose bleeds. It seems to be getting worse. We stayed up too late last night, slept in really late this morning and I have sent him to sit in the recliner, wrapped in a blanket and drinking hot lemonade. After lunch I plan to join him and use my laptop while sitting on the sofa. It feels cozy in the living room with the new used sofa to stretch out on. I took leftovers out of the freezer and we will eat well and just have a true day of rest. It seems I may get to spend a goodly amount of time here today. I have many of my other things done online.

Has your husband come down with a cold or is it more than that. Make some soup for him as that usually helps if his throat is sore. Maybe he will fall asleep in the recliner.

I am just getting over a nasty sinus cold. I had it for over a week, and I can sympathize with how your husband must be feeling. Nice of you to give him a nice relaxing day, rest and liquids are the best things we can give our body.

@GardenGerty too bad we live oceans apart. During this deep freeze here in Latvia my hubby is feeling really poorly too so he and yours could keep each other company while the two of us could work on the net. Always more fun in a bunch who can understand one another and lend support.

I am working my way though something similar. Started like allergies, which is not a surprise considering we had 70 degre F temperatures in December (its normally cold by then). The drainage would move to my lungs at night, an give me some trouble. Now I have a full on cold. All things considered, I am doing alright. I just want the weather to behave so we can feel well. I hope your husband feels better soon!

Hope that your husband feels better soon. So many here have dealt with colds, sinus troubles and bronchitis this fall and winter season.
