Did you know that decafinated coffee may have health benefits? That's good news for people like me who have to limit their caffeine intake. I love my coffee and to tell the truth I do drink caffeinated coffee for breakfast, then decaffeinated for the rest of the day. Anyway, it turns out that the benefits from drinking caffeinated coffee may also be there in decaffeinated coffee. Researches have been testing coffee to see what exactly is in it that helps you. They have found out that there is little difference between the effects of decaffeinated and caffeinated coffee on the liver enzyme levels. This is great news. It basically means you have the benefit of lowering you liver enzyme levels whether you drink caffeine or decaffeinated. I am thrilled. How about you?

You haven't told us why you drink decaf coffee at all.

I need to find my favorite coffee in decaffeinated variant. I know that there are other brands out there which are decaffeinated but I really like my old one.

Sounds good as I like to drink decaf as well as regular coffee. I don't know what liver enzymes do however.
