Took home cooked lunch.

Well yesterday I cooked gravied chicken for Sunday lunch meal I was cooking and my hubby requested to cook in a good quantity as he wanted to take that lunch to office.
He further told what be buy lunch from around the office is not prepared in good oil and also has not prepared in good hygienic way so he decided to have his own home cooked lunch.

it's the same here. the excess food can be packed for school or work, just add rice.
what do you mean by "not prepared in good oil?" what oil should be used? how should it be prepared?

@amnabas so what type of cooking oil do you use at home? vegetable oil, olive oil, peanut oil, sesame oil?

@hereandthere canolive oil it's a mixture of canola and olive.

I always bring my own food at work. I don't like my food cooked with a lot of artificial flavoring in it.

I agree with your husband. Usually we use better ingredients when we cook at home and out tummy thanks us.
