The best mirror less camera out there.

Hey, I'm planning to make a shift from the bulky DSLR to a mirror less camera. I love to travel but the weight of my DSLR is taking a toll out of me especially on long walks. If the mirror-less camera can produce HD images as they promise. I would love to trade my Canon D600 anytime. Any suggestion? I considering the most HD and budget friendly...

To what extent can these cameras zoom? When I go out cycling and walking, I just bring my smartphone with me for convenience. However the camera has such a short focal length wide angle lens that mountains in landscape shots look like pimples. My older digital camera which had a fixed 10x optical zoom allowed me to get closer and produce nicer results.
