David Bowie a true legend!

The news of David Bowies passing has truly saddened me. His music was such a big part of my youth, and the memories that come to me from listening to his songs always bring a smile to my face. David was a genius, a true Renaissance man. i will miss the man, and the music....

His music would have been a part of my childhood and teenage years in the 70s and 80s, but most music went over my head then and I didn't have a great interest. I only really re-discovered him and other artists in the last 20 years or so. I wish I had been more interested when I was young.
