Walking With My Walking Poles

My Walking Poles

This morning I went down for my walk but after 15 minutes, my right leg was giving me too much trouble so I had to resort to use my walking poles. I am including a picture of them right here. Those poles are the ones that I have been using when I had so much trouble walking and they really did help me. They were expensive but worth every penny. Do you use walking poles sometimes?

It's painful when you can't walk. I hope you get well soon.

I hope your right leg is feeling better. I have never had the need to use walking poles, but I am happy they helped you to get out and walk.

My right leg artery is blocked 100% due to a rare blood disorder. It makes it hard to walk sometimes, but I try my best.

i haven't seen them here, so youtube really helps in showing how things look like and are used. they remind me of ski poles, but i can also see how it gives someone an upper body workout than plain walking.

Walking poles look interesting. I have to rely on my cane when I'm walking or else I limp which causes more pain in my knee. Glad you've been able to carry on with your walking routine

I have never used walking poles when I've gone walking, but I do know lots of people that say you should to prevent damaging knees, etc. Glad that you have found your walking poles helped.

I've never walked with poles, but I also don't walk much outside. I've tried walking on the treadmill, but tend to get pain in my legs from it. I should try again and see if maybe the pain won't come back again.
