This is a very simple way to turn store-bought cake mix into a delicious cake that tastes like it was made at a bakery. Follow all of the directions and baking instructions on the box, with these exceptions. *Add one or two more eggs than the box calls for. *Instead of using oil, use butter and double the amount that the box calls for. *Replace water with milk. Doing this will result in a better taste and better texture for your cake. I have done this many of times and everyone thinks I made my cake homemade or bought it from a bakery!
