A lot of my discussions have and will be about new bride that is from the Philippines. I figured I would post a picture of all of us so you can meet the rest of my new family. Included is her mother, step dad (the other American in photo), her 4 brothers, 2 cousins and of course Kathy and I. They are very fun loving people and good people. I felt just like I was home when spending my time with them. I consider it my second home. I only wish it was easy for them to come visit here.

Why is it not easy for them to come visit here? Is it money or job commitments? Or is it hard to get a visitors visa?
Lovely family and congrats on your new family.

@rodabod Hmm, sounds like a lot of visa requirements that I have seen recently. It is sad when they require so much of a person. After all people came here with nothing and now look at it lolz
The other day I was reading about some other countries requirements for US citizens to go to and they are also upping the anti, like UK you have to earn a tremendous amount of money to go there and live now..never had that before (if you are outside the EU)

Congrats. You two are what used to be called a "cute couple". Enjoy your new life. My brother lives in the Philippines and tells me about visas, etc. He says if he left the country now he would have to wait 2 years before coming back. Maybe things will change/work better for your in-laws.

Yes, and the laws are getting more strict because of all the craziness in this world. Very sad!
