Do You Also Have Multiple Tabs/Windows Open... / myLot

...on your computer while you are online or workings something? I know I am, I try to multi-task. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Like right now, I am on mylot, and at the same time I have another tab for Facebook, and yet another for the school's website that I am eyeing to enroll in, and yet another tab for an online store for purses (yes, I am window shopping online again). I surely hope it's not just me. This is another way for me to relax and unwind. But if I am doing some serious work, like research or banking, then I focus on that window only.

in my regular job I always start the day with 7 to 10 tabs/windows of different sites, docs, spreadsheets but at the end of the my duty I always ended up with 20-30 tabs/windows and it's the same when I a just browsing the net at home checking emails, doing survey, reading articles I would start with 3-5 and ended up with too many tabs

@Raine38 yeah same with me using 2 monitors at work and sometime even have to use another laptop and it sucks when chrome crashes as i have to reopen lots of site

I know, it's even crazier at work. Especially for me as I have 2 monitors. Its tabs and windows galore!

I do have a lot of windows open as well to multitask. It seems boring to just focus with just one.

I agree. And with faster internet, it is very easy. I still remember the pain of waiting for one website to load.

Sure, I will have multiple tabs when my computer is working. It is a waste if I do one thing only. I want to be efficient.

For me it depends on what Im doing. On Mylot if I am not on my phone I have several windows open at once depending on how my interesting discussions I see and want to reas. And then I wonder why everything is loading so slow!
