When I was twenties, my body was fat enough, so i was quite difficult to find dress or something to wear. I tried to diet, but always failed, it was because so hard to do it, hungry, headache and i felt weak. When my sister wanted to celebrete her wedding and I had to wear the dress so I must did the diet program. I did it about a month but my weight still same. Finally I choosed to take the diet pill which I bought from my friend. at a week first, everything was fine and i had lost 3 kgs. It was amazing so I continuied it. But after 2 weeks, I felt strange with my body and I didn't realize that I got angry easily and my face looked so pale. The peak, I fainted suddenly. Fortunately everything was fine, and i had stoped taking the diet pill since the incident. I think healthy is more important.

It's glad that you stopped taking the pills and everything is fine now. I have some friends taking the diet pills, and I saw them quite suffering. I'd prefer to do more exercise or eat moderately to keep the weight, though I understand it might not be easy for some people, especially when you need to lose weight in such a short period. Yes, health is more important!

I would love to lose weight, but I don't think I will consider diet pills. I am afraid of the side effects.

@ivyparkgirl That is great to hear Kelly. I have heard two sides and I am afraid as I am allergic to some medications and don't want to risk the factors.

I have never taken the diet pills because it is necessary for me. I am already thin. But even if I am fat, I will not take the diet pills because I prefer to do some exercises or have a healthy diet to lose weights. As all medicines will have the side effects.

@youless. I agree with you. But besides that I also understand if some people who have the problem of obesity, are forced to choose a diet pill. Because healthy diet and exercise aren't easy to do . They must have strong motivation and dicipline..

I have never taken a diet pill though I have been overweight most of my life. Many of them you are mainly diuretics and you are mainly losing water weight which could lead to dehydration which soulds like what was happening to your body.

@Elizaby.. that's right, it was diuretics and after I stopped it, my weight slowly but surely surged back. anyway don't ever take diet pill, except with doctor's suggestion. Just keep healthy and do the exercise :)
