Cold Weather Causes Vertigo/Dizziness

Have you ever experienced dizziness or vertigo during the extreme cold weather conditions? I have and it can get pretty bad when temperature turns minus. I think it could be due to suffering from raynaud's disease which means I more sensitive to cold weather, but I also think it could be an inner ear blockage causing it.
Either way, doctors say nothing they can do. Anti-dizziness meds are an option but I rather fight it without any more drugs in the system.
Do you suffer from it too and if so what helps you reduce them?

I suffer from raynaud's disease and that why I hate the UK weather, too cold for too long. I'd rather be somewhere warm. Once I get cold I can't get warm.
Now and again I do have a dizzy moment but normally ok.
I hope you get to bottom of why you are dizzy.

@gudheart The reason it is being accessed the problems need to be looked at that could be a plus if the Dr is involved maybe some type of treatment can be reached that would be a good thing.

I have had vertigo, for a short time. It did not have anything to do with the cold. Since cold makes your blood vessels shut down I can see how that may make you feel dizzy.

I feel light headed quite a bit because of my heart condition, chronic kidney disease etc. I do get dizzy at times especially when certain levels get low if i don't get enough medication. The winter is the worst for me only because of my asthma. I hope this stops for you, i rather not take anymore medicine then i have to as i take enough already

No, I don't suffer from dizziness when it gets really cold out but it does take my breath away if it's severely cold. I try to stay out of extremely cold weather and deal with cabin fever
