Winter makes me feel lazy and tired. I don't have a lot of desire to get up and exercise. I manage to do some stretching. I want my body to be limber and not feel like leg cramps are setting in. I will do some walking during the winter, but I just don't have the same amount of energy. Can't wait for spring.

I know i don't have energy to exercise in the winter either. I just eat healthy then i'll exercise more once spring comes.

I think most of us kinda hibernate when it gets cold.
For some reason everyone I know including me sleeps longer on cold nights and spends less time outside, thankfully we've been in the 50s and 60s these last few days so I've been outdoors more often.

YES YOU ARE TRUE BUT WINTER IS THE ONLY SEASON FOR EXERCISING AS YOU WILL NOT SWEAT DURING EXERCISE AND NOT FEEL LETHARGY TOO.YOU WILL NOT FEEL RESTLESSNESS LIKE IN SUMMER..
