Do you answer the phone if you don't know the number or unknown number?

I get a bunch of calls and the shelter never changes my number. Well I am not even answering my phone unless I know the number.
I am just tired of talking to people and just annoying really. If they know me they know I don't answer my phone so they would either call me again and again until I answer, or text me first.

That is how I see it as , we get many telemarketors calling to sell things.

No I never do, I let it go to voicemail and and see if they leave a message.

I don't answer it if Its not on my phonebook. It could be another sales call that will waste my time.

I don't answer the phone if the number appears as secret. But if is about a number that I just don't know it, yes. Usually it's about something professional, like a call from some company where I applied for a job some time ago. I wouldn't like to not know why I was called.

I hardly answer numbers I don't know (especially if it's obviously telemarketers #'s). If it's unknown if it's important they will call me twice otherwise I don't pick up.

If I don't know the number especially if it is a different area I will not answer
